Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Fantastic value and excellent customer service

Every step of the way.

Although I have not needed to contact Admiral for any claims I have read their news letters and tips for keeping safe. Some other insurers only contact you when it’s time to renew . With Admiral they ask if there is anything I want, this is how to deal with customers, if I should have reason to contact them I am certain they will be with me every step of the way.
