Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

Great service, great prices

Every time I compare for the best prices for my insurance, it always comes out with Admiral on top (if not always the cheapest, it will definitely be the most value for money.) Whenever I have needed to make any changes to my policies or enquiries, I have been able to get hold of an actual human to talk to with very little, if any, holding time.
