Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Very good and fast service

Got travel insurance with all the cover. l did not know that normal insurance does not cover for a lot of things such as missing your boat on a cruise when visiting a stopover place and a lot more so very happy Reviewed on: 23rd August 2019

Excellent service

When my home was broken into and ransacked by burglars earlier this year, I contacted Admiral and was delighted with the excellent service , helpfulness and courtesy of everyone I contacted at Admiral and they really helped me when I was in a very upset and emotional condition due to the break-in.
