Excellent customer service

I had to make a claim only a short time after taking the policy out . I have held a home insurance policy for over 30 years with various insurance companies and probably had to make 3 small claims in that time . On all of the other occasions I have always been made to feel as though I'm making it up. Admiral staff however were all polite and helpful and never once made me feel that way which amazed me as all my other experiences had been so negative. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Admiral in my experience always deliver.

I am a longstanding customer of Admiral and have always considered them a company that will go the extra mile, furthermore the people with whom I have had interaction with in the call centres without doubt go out of their way to ensure you are a happy customer. Easy

We have never used Admiral before but thought to contact them when were looking for a second home Building and Contents Insurance. From previous experience we expected the process to be difficult. We spoke to a lovely young lady in customer services and couldn’t believe how straightforward and easy the process was plus the price was very good. We will certainly use Admiral again.
