Great, Fast Service, support out of hours

Great service, fast turnaround of payments, 24 hour contact to a vet out of hours, really could not ask for more. Used the service when our Shih Tzu puppy was very Ill, throughout we really felt supported. I will not be moving. Reviewed on: 16th October 2022

Excellent pet insurance.

Excellent

I was introduced to Agria when we adopted our dog , they provided free cover our first 28 days . When we went on to take out a policy they made a donation to the charity . Each time I have reason to call ( including when I lost the £50 health care voucher) they have been extremely helpful Reviewed on: 15th October 2022

Dexter and the stick.

While Dexter was on his morning romp,he ran into a low branch that pierced his his side, the vet had to give him a g.a,and removed a piece of twig. I was a typical "anxious parent " It was such a relief to have Agria deal with the vets directly, and very efficiently, and went a long way to make a bad situation so much easier. Exceptional service

Recently had our little Jemima go through BOAS... claim for her was seamless and perfect... also had a scan on our little Frank the tank... again seamless dealing with Agria and St Leonards in Derby.... both animals are rescues and Agria has added to their lives immesurably !! Brilliant service at a time of need!! 5 stars!!

We’ve got both our Ragdoll cats insured with Agria, and when they were both diagnosed with Pancytopenia back last year they were absolutely fantastic and made what was such a worrying and stressful time a little bit easier knowing they covered the cost of the vet bills, no questions asked. I can’t fault their service and you always got to speak to a friendly voice at the end of the phone without waiting ages in a queue. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Reviewed on: 15th October 2022
