Refreshing Banking

Free phone number and always with a rapid response time. They listen and give quick sound advice to any problems in a pleasantly efficient manner. Most importantly, always courteous and clearly spoken Al Rayan staff actually do what they say they are going to do. Reviewed on: 12th January 2018

Al-Rayan Bank is an ethical bank, with a passion for delivering a quality customer experience.

I have been with Al-Rayan Bamk since the days of Islamic Bank of Britain and they have come leaps and bounds in terms of product range, quality of staff, customer service systems (better online and telephone banking) and they have been a true pioneer in Islamic retail banking in the west. Customer service orientated banking without the need for digital disruption

Banks like Al Rayan and First Direct evidence the fact that you don’t need to overhaul the banking industry to deliver customer service, you have to cater to you customers needs in a consistent, efficient and appropriate manner. Although the need for multichannel growth continues, customers still value the personal service received by a person who can consistently solve their query at the end of the phone.
