Searching for annual travel insurance for an older couple both with medical issues we found that 'All Clear' offered us by far the best cover and price. It was easy to arrange the cover on the website although I did make a phone call to check the pricing because it was much better than other quotes we had received. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2024

My first Go-To travel Insurance Company

I have been with AllClear for many years, the main reason is they were very helpful and understanding when I had a USA claim issue. Also, as a worldwide traveller with Medical issues they manage to keep the insurance costs well within what I consider they ought to be. Reviewed on: 19th September 2025

The agent was very helpful.

The agent clearly explained the policy and price for the renewal of my policy . However an additional £2000 for a two week cruise in the Bahamas was ridiculous. So he added it to my annual policy for £400. Reviewed on: 19th September 2025
