Searching for annual travel insurance for an older couple both with medical issues we found that 'All Clear' offered us by far the best cover and price. It was easy to arrange the cover on the website although I did make a phone call to check the pricing because it was much better than other quotes we had received. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2024

5 Star Experience with Gold Plus

I got Covid on holiday & had to go to hospital. I didn't think to ring the Allclear line but went to hospital & paid for all the treatment I had. I then uploaded all my documents to the claim portal which was really easy to do. I got a phone call from Zurich who clarified a couple of points & then I was notified that my claim was being settled. I received the funds straight into my nominated bank account very quickly. This whole procedure was very simple & pain free (which is a big relief when you are ill!).So overall very impressed & have just renewed.... I did notice on the renewal though there was no mention of this hospital stay because of Covid so I had to add it & they did include a hospital visit was more than 3 years ago which I got removed because the question asks for hospital stays in the past in the last 2 years.
