An excellent experience

Due to two separate tragic family events it was necessary for me to cancel my flights twice. This incurred significant increased flight costs & I therefore made a claim which was processed speedily, efficiently & with compassion, for which I was incredibly grateful. We have been insuring with AllClear for over four years. In that period we had one claim, which was met in full. Unfortunately our health has deteriorated over the years, but the premium increases have been fair when reflecting this. Any contact with the company had always met with a positive, helpful response.
