Pleasant surprise

The person I spoke to on the phone was very udnerstanding and clear in what the cover and conditions included. I had rung several different agencies and each had come back with what I condidered to be an exhorbitant quote for travel insurance, based on the same information including medical problems I have had in the past but not in the recent past. I am as fit if not more fit than anyone I know of my age and, as such, what happended many years ago I consider almost irrelevant now and few others even realise what I have been through. For whatever reason the quote given was still above the norm but sensible enough to reflevt the aforementioned and enabled me to plan with confidence for a trip (or two) around the ohter side of the world again. I've been with All Clear for many years; my late husband would have had difficulty getting travel insurance elsewhere, due to health problems. However, insured with All Clear, we were able to travel with no worries and, on the one occasion when we needed help, All Clear made it easy for us. We recommend this company to many friends in a similar situation to us. I continue to insure with an annual policy and think this is good value for money and gives me the confidence to continue enjoying my travels. Reviewed on: 29th August 2025

Simply the best in the medical travel insurance market.

Extremely easy to understand what is being said by a very competent advisor. Not the cheapest on quotation but the customer service was good enough to influence my decision. With a complex medical history I was taken though each step clearly so I understood what my options were.
