I decided to call AllClear to renew my insurance but also hoping to get some discount from last year as I have completed my medical care. This was a couple of days ago. I have renewed but with this email I find I could have got discount so a it disappointed. Reviewed on: 1st September 2018

An excellent & caring company.

An excellent company. They help with all your questions but at no time put pressure on you to take their insurance. This is so reassuring in an age when it seems all that matters is “ the sale” . When there are health issues to be discussed it is essential that the sales person shows empathy. AllClear consultants certainly do that. On a practical level, their prices are very competitive. This is an added bonus at a time when we all need to watch our finances but also want the opportunity to take a holiday. They truly are an excellent company to deal with. Have been unfortunate enough to need to put in claims after health problems abroad.. each time they have paid out in full although we found the claim process quite stressful. However I imagine most companies will use a similar process. We will definitely use All Clear again as renewal of the policy each year was very easy over the phone. Reviewed on: 8th August 2025
