I was disappointed with AllClear

I had been very pleased with AllClear. But then I had the offer of an expensive cruise to the North Pole in a luxury ice breaker. I rang AllClear to see if I could expand my cover to include this. I was told you would only cover mee as long as I did not get off the ship when we got there. So the whole purpose of the voyage would have been missed. I was very disappointed. It had been a long standing ambition to go on this cruise. Reviewed on: 8th August 2025

Magnificent service

The service i received following an unfortunate accident in Singapore was superb. From the experience in the A E department at the hospital to the repatriation and medical assistance organised at 3 airports to return home. The curtailment refund was dealt with very efficiently and professionally. Thank you AllClear for a first class superior service during a traumatic and stressful situation. Unfortunately all clear use REACTIVE when making a claim my whole experience was terrible even though we was dealing with a serious medical claim.you cannot even talk to the claim handler as they not forward facing why I ask the stress was awful will not recommend this company while they use REACTIVE....... Easy claim process and helpful service.

When we had to return to the UK from Australia after only a week of a six week trip because of Covid, All Clear made it easy for us to claim for the change of travel and missed flights. Everything was repaid in full except for a couple of Australian internal flights, where I was offered vouchers. We have stayed with All Clear since. Reviewed on: 8th August 2025
