USELESS as an insurance.

My wheelchair has been damaged whilst flying home from PMI airport, so I had to make a claim which was on 19/06/24. 2 and a half months later i found out (only by me phoning), Then to be told you will have to claim from the airline not the people you have insurance with. So whats the point in having insurance. This has still not been repaired and could be dangerous for me to use, but its my daily need for getting around. USELESS IS THE WORD.
