Very easy to use website and helpful staff

Very easy to use website, I did make one mistake on completing my application, which was my error and did not notice it until confirmation of cover came through. Rang and spoke to a very helpful man who sorted the problem within minutes and gave me a refund on the amount I had paid Reviewed on: 2nd October 2024

Confidently covered

I’ve been with AllClear for many years now. I’ve compared prices with other companies & although some have been slightly cheaper I’d rather stay put as their easy to contact & with very friendly & competent customer service. I’m diabetic & feel I’m sufficiently covered for any unforeseen situations that may occur whilst on my many holidays & travels. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2024

Well managed medical conditions are acceptable.

I have several medical conditions that are well controlled by medication. They understood that I was managing the situation and offered acceptable terms for a single trip. Other companies are too restrictive and seem to have "Computer says no" attitudes. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2024
