Approachable and Helpful Staff

I found the staff very approachable and easy to talk to on the phone. The quote was reasonable and better than the one I had from another provider. Special attention was given to data security after providing the quote then later, after I'd decided to take out the policy, the phone agent was thorough in recalling the terms of the policy, and in making sure it was the right policy for my needs.
