Attentive, approachable and efficient

The agent my wife and I spoke to when taking out an annual policy for us both that covered our relevant medical conditions was polite and listened carefully and sympathetically to what we had to say before giving us a comprehensive and coherent response. With a little pressure we persuaded him to improve on the deal he initially offered us, which was quite competitive as it took account of the recent "20% off" promotion.
