Robbery in South America at a Bus station. Police at the post in the bus station uninterested, presumably giving the culprit free reign as long as he only attacked tourists. No Crime Number, essential for a claim. Quick phone call from the Company. Sorted, they had met this before. Settlement agreed and paid within a few days. It’s good in the sense that it covers different health conditions, the guy on the phone was also really nice, however, definitely an expensive insurance, it ended up being cheaper to buy an annual policy I’m probably not going to use than to buy 1 months worth Reviewed on: 13th October 2025

Travel insurance was arranged over the phone after obtaining a quote online. Quote was competitive and I was pleased I could add an extra 10 days per single trip to 55 days for a relatively small premium. The person who dealt with my query was pleasant and helpful.
