Claim eventually paid in full

Claim for hospital tests paid eventually after two month delay due to the claim handler used (Reactive Claims). Zurich, the parent comapny then paid some compensation for the delay and hassle. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2024

Our goal is always to process claims quickly and, once accepted, to make payments within 5 days. Unfortunately, AllClear do not have the direct facility to check updates regarding existing claims as each claim is reviewed by Reactive on a case-by-case basis and the timeframe to resolve the claim is dependent on the complexity of the case.
