At 81, telephoning for an insurance quote is quite a stressful procedure, but the operative who dealt with my call was clear and helpful. Next day I needed to speak to another operative about a slight alteration, and he was also clear and helpful. So far, I’m very pleased, but hope that will continue if in the future I will require to make a claim. Reviewed on: 29th September 2025
