I decided to call AllClear to renew my insurance but also hoping to get some discount from last year as I have completed my medical care. This was a couple of days ago. I have renewed but with this email I find I could have got discount so a it disappointed. Reviewed on: 1st September 2018

Very easy to deal with and you can speak to a real person if you call. So many companies use chatbots etc., All Clear use staff who provide good standards of communication and service. Reviewed on: 20th September 2025

I find the customer service to always be helpful and informative when you speak with them. The fact that I can renew with them just by advising them of any changes to my circumstances a real boon that takes away the stress of going through the whole process every time.
