Good value and helpful

I struggled to find a travel insurance which was offered at a reasonable price, but AllClear seems very good value. I also found that they are accessible by phone and that is not always the case. I am a very new customer so my experience with them is limited but so far they have been very helpful. Reviewed on: 19th September 2025

Claims process would benefit from improvements

In the final analysis, very happy with how AllClear settled my claim. The issue that I had is that I think each Claim should see a single point of contact assigned who is proactive in helping the claimant through the process. I had to make many phone calls myself and speak to multiple people. All very stressful. Reviewed on: 19th September 2025

I have been using AllClear for many years and whenever I have needed to submit a claim it has always been dealt with efficiently and quickly.
