Searching for annual travel insurance for an older couple both with medical issues we found that 'All Clear' offered us by far the best cover and price. It was easy to arrange the cover on the website although I did make a phone call to check the pricing because it was much better than other quotes we had received. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2024

Good value and helpful

I struggled to find a travel insurance which was offered at a reasonable price, but AllClear seems very good value. I also found that they are accessible by phone and that is not always the case. Claims process would benefit from improvements

In the final analysis, very happy with how AllClear settled my claim. The issue that I had is that I think each Claim should see a single point of contact assigned who is proactive in helping the claimant through the process. I had to make many phone calls myself and speak to multiple people. All very stressful. Reviewed on: 19th September 2025

I have been using AllClear for many years and whenever I have needed to submit a claim it has always been dealt with efficiently and quickly.
