We were over the moon when you agreed to insure my wife, who has suffered with ill health for a number of years at such a reasonable rate and when she suffered a serious injury so early into our holiday I was filled with trepidation as to how things would unfold but I must say I was incredibly impressed by the response from your team that made such an awful experience so easy to handle as far as the admin side was concerned It was ten out of ten without a shadow of doubt please pass on my praise to all the team they were fantastic Reviewed on: 19th September 2025

Fortunately I have not had the occasion to use this insurance during the two years I have had it, but I have found the communication with them to be very good.
