Good contact by telephone as well as on line.

You are able to renew and also create your insurance policy on line as well as by telephone. The access to information via telephone is excellent and if the representative is unable to answer a question they are honest and will find out the information or direct you correctly. There is a good range of insurance options and are able to discuss changes easily if required. Annual insurance is not cheap especially with advancing age, but at least it is itemised and gives peace of mind. Reviewed on: 4th October 2024
