Best to go with the "FLOW"

Twice my car has been damaged whilst parked up without my being in it! First time no details left. 2nd time I was luckier as the young guy died around and found me at home and have me all the details. Both times the claims department personnel were sympathetic, professional and quick to arrange the repair and provide a decent courtesy car delivered to me and picked up after my car was returned after the repair. Also their approved repairers were also sympathetic quick to collect, repair and return my car, valeted and looking like new on both occasions. I can't fault them! Reviewed on: 18th July 2023

Pleasant surprise

Suffering like many people from a hefty annual rise I did my usual trawl of comparison sites. Wasnt expecting to pay £100 less than my current premium and £200 less than my renewal quote. Process was quick and easy and documents arrived quickly in the post. Reviewed on: 18th July 2023
