Easy-peasy

With seemingly everything one does these days being complicated and time-consuming, it was refreshing that renewing a policy with Flow was simple and straightforward. Setting up the policy was straightforward. I had a query and I couldn't seem to find the answer so I emailed them and I had a reply very quickly.
