So far the best lender who understands and delivers in commercial finance segment

I have dealt with a number of commercial lenders as an administrator but so far Allica Bank is the best as they deliver what they promise, plus they have a more bespoke and human underwriting which makes it easier for the client to explain and provide the requirements. The BDM team is one responsible for the commendable service as they are involved with the case even when it is with credit team or with solicitors. Reviewed on: 17th February 2022

1st Class Service for introducers and clients

Having been in the commercial mortgage space for over 20 years it is refreshing when a new lender comes on board and delivers what they say they will - No long drawn out No's - If they say yes you can pretty much guarantee the deal will be done for the client (and in a timely manner!) Easy Peasy
