The Customer service as its best

The actual card is really advantageous with them being collaborated with sainsbury you can involve it for petroleum or food. Anyway the 5 star I give this is from the client care side I fell multi month behind on installments because of getting another line of work I hit them up to make sense of it and they could never have been more useful and understanding they offered me extraordinary guidance and assisted me with setting up a reasonable installment intend to clear the obligation they went past what I anticipated from them and it was really so reviving to have somebody truly need to help you mind boggling Reviewed on: 6th June 2024

I have had an Argos credit card for many years .

I have had an Argos credit card for many years .It helped me to buy products and use them right away with payments spread over 6-12-24 months as per my affordability.They even contacted me when I paid interest for some time and advised me how much to pay to cover my payments with minimal interest. Great Product

Though this in the real sense is not a credit card, the credit to spend in store or online is probably more than a normal card with a reasonable interest rate. Argos' new pay monthly scheme does better than any other. I highly recommend. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2023

cheating with interest

Blocked my app, couldn't get access to see the statment and charged my £96 for one month interest without telling me about it I recived email with minimum for current month and no information about previous payment. Normally I should recive email with minimum payment two weeks before payment date, but they never did email my statment to charged me more money, Cheaters Reviewed on: 6th July 2023

Rubbish

Absolute disaster. for the past 6 months. they kept canceling my direct debit and they kept charging me 12 pounds late payment fee the worst part is they keep lying about it. the worst customer service that I have seen. no accountability at all. they messed up my credit score and now the last months they said they cannot locate the payment I made over the phone. then I hear lies and lies again denying their responsibility.
