Basic straightforward banking. Recommended Decent interest rates, had an issue opening the app on mobile phone but customer service resolved it. Nice app. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Good interest rate & easy to setup.

I was looking for a good interest rate savings account last year & at the time I found Atom bank to be the highest. I have never setup an account using a mobile app before but it was easy with no hassle. I like the fact that you know exactly how much interest you will get when your savings account ends & I find the app very easy to use. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025
