Basic straightforward banking. Recommended Decent interest rates, had an issue opening the app on mobile phone but customer service resolved it. Nice app. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

A great, competitive bank.

We have used Atom bank over a few years now. We have found that we always receive a great service from the bank/staff etc. and also have found that they are very competitive in the marketplace , and give us a good rate of interest.
