Basic straightforward banking. Recommended Decent interest rates, had an issue opening the app on mobile phone but customer service resolved it. Nice app. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Simply Brilliant

I found Atom through MSE website and have never been disappointed. I have recommended to 2 other family members who have both taken products themselves. I really love Atom bank.

I really love Atom bank. What’s not to like? It’s a cheery site, bright and straightforward. Im elderly and I just can’t go wrong with Atom, very easy to set up and also to use. I can’t believe that banking can be so modern and uncomplicated, why do all the other banks make it seem so dull , difficult and boring ?
