Basic straightforward banking. Recommended Decent interest rates, had an issue opening the app on mobile phone but customer service resolved it. Nice app. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Used Atom bank for the first time a few months ago to deposit some savings and was pleased to find that setting up my account and transferring funds was very straightforward. App is easy to navigate and explanations of how to proceed are very clear. Would definitely recommend. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025

I think I’ve only had to deal with something on the phone once which was straightforward. Otherwise managing online is very easy and I feel comfortable with the Face ID for security. Competitive rates as well. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025
