Basic straightforward banking. Recommended Decent interest rates, had an issue opening the app on mobile phone but customer service resolved it. Nice app. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Atom Bank is a plus.

I was first recommended to view Atom's products by my pension adviser when I retired. I had an amount of pension funds that needed to be put away from my current account and earn me some interest. Atom Bank had some of the best interest rates and I had a choice of a fixed term savings account or a standard savings account with instant access. The app was easy to install. It is also very user friendly. Easy to negotiate the site. Easy to set up the link with my bank account for transfers. I receive regular emails from Atom to advise me of any changes to the rates and when a fixed term is due to end. Any documents I need to print off for my reference are easily accessible and compatible with my printer from my phone. I would certainly recommend Atom to friends and family. Atom Fixed Rate Bonds

I’ve had a couple of Fixed Rate Bonds with an Atom Bank as they offer a very good Interest on my savings. Also Atom Bank offer Monthly and Annual interest on my savings which is more suitable for me, as I only want monthly interest. The Atom App is also very good and easy to navigate your way around.
