Been using Atom Bank (savings accounts) for about 3 years now. Their app is excellent from a UI/UX standpoint. Their interest rates on savings are among the highest you can find. Never had any issues. Would recommend. Reviewed on: 19th March 2025

Excellent service - A great company to deal with

My husband and I have both invested in Atom since 2021. They offer a good range of products at very competitive rates. The App is incredibly easy to use and the staff so helpful and easy to contact. Can’t fault them in any way and would recommend them to anyone. Reviewed on: 19th March 2025

I found my experience with Atom to be very straightforward and financially worthwhile - although now the interest rates are falling, I'll be reviewing the situation when the terms on the accounts end. I haven't had any direct dealings with customer service but the online system is easy to navigate and has always worked well for me. Reviewed on: 19th March 2025

Easy as ABC

I only use ATOM for Savings, and have a number of Fixed Term deposits, but when these mature, the ability to either withdraw funds or open a new Fixed Term Deposit is so simple and quick to deal with via the app. As long as the rates remain competitive, I'll continue to be an ATOM customer. Banking Serenity

Atom have been really easy to save with. You can contact them easily with no fuss. The app is great and clear. Easy to use. The rates are very reasonable. I have had a really positive time with Atom. At one point after the sale of my house I had a large sum of money for a few weeks, I put it in my Atom account, seemed a bit scary moving that much money around but because of the no fuss app and good customer service I felt really confident. When it was time to spend it on another house purchase it was seamless, I made a tidy amount of interest too! Get Atom they are good for your money and mental health. Reviewed on: 19th March 2025

Good interests rates and no fuss accounts.ive used customer services maybe once or twice and they provide a good and knowledgeable service.
