Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

This is a genuine review as I chose this bank because you gave a very good interest rate. I am not confident about using the Internet so I was in touch with your customer services regularly and they could not have been more helpful. I now find it very easy to transfer my money from one account to the other, withdraw when I need to or deposit when I want to. Reviewed on: 13th March 2025
