Atom we're very easy to contact with an instant chat facility that meant I could text with an adviser in real time and didn't need to wait on hold on the phone like with some other banks or use automated systems that don't recognise my voice. Reviewed on: 26th February 2025

Good products and app depending on your needs

I used Atom bank for a 1 year fixed bond. The interest rate was competitive and the app is great as I could see all interest payments (past and future expected) over the life of the bond. Reviewed on: 26th February 2025

Atom Bank - Quite Simply a Breath of Fresh Air

Atom Bank are quite simply a breath of fresh air compared to my mainstream 'high street' bank. The Atom banking App is brilliant and so easy to use/navigate. Making transactions is extremely fast, secure and the communication is first class. I love everything about Atom Bank, including their great savings interest rates, which is what enticed me to use them in the first place, particularly after noticing their impressive 5 Star rating Trustpilot Reviews, which to be honest is pretty much unheard of for a bank!
