Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Atom app very easy to use

I found it really easy to open an account with the app. I have only had to contact customer service once when I had a problem with it recognising my Face ID, the gentleman I spoke to was very helpful and thorough. Experience improving year on year

Experience improving year on year but Rates aren’t the best I’ve only stayed this time for ease and convenience but likely to move on as Rates are at least 1/2 percentage more if you look around Reviewed on: 5th February 2025
