Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Great interest rates. Easy to use App. No issues when account matures. Recently opened the instant savings account, this is also great account. Reviewed on: 5th February 2025

Easy to use, clear communication, good interest rates.

The app is easy to use, it's easy to open a new account, easy to see the interest rate and easy to see when a fixed saver will end. Interests have been higher than I'm offered with other banks. Transfers in and out have been easy and instant. When I've reached out with questions, the answers have been clear and prompt. What's not to love? Reviewed on: 5th February 2025

Excellent service since I started saving in 2016

I have saved with Atom Bank since 2016 and have found their savings rates and product range to be excellent (usually around the top of best-buy tables). I have rarely needed to contact their customer services but on the 2 occasions i did they responded very quickly. I also appreciate the Atom app and am confident that my funds are secure.
