Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

AVOID THIS BANK

Stay away from this bank!!! They will not give me back my money even though it's an emergency. Their fixed term bond does not allow you to make withdrawals. I plan in writing about my experience on every platform that I can so that everyone knows to AVOID them!!! Reviewed on: 27th September 2023

Atom Bank puts High St banks in the shade

Excellent customer service. Market leading rates. Easy mobile access banking, set up so that even those who aren’t particularly internet savvy can still access their accounts without anxiety. Atom Bank wipes the floor with the High Street Banks which seem to be incapable of competing. Reviewed on: 13th April 2023
