Bad but thankfully short lived experience Short lived experience - payments kept being refused from the Atom account, despite it being completely funded. Moved to First Direct and glad I did. Reviewed on: 4th March 2026

I had to call customer services to obtain a statement and the person I spoke to was extremely helpful, quick at actioning what I needed and overall I’ve had a fantastic experience experience with Atom and have recommended them to friends and family. Easy to apply for a savings account.

Easy to apply for a savings account. Great choice of terms for fixed savings accounts with very competitive interest rates. Same applies for the Instant Saver. Fantastic app for controlling your accounts. Very Secure. My wife is now also a customer because of the above. Reviewed on: 25th April 2025

Great online bank with competitive interest rates

Been good so far though very little email contact from bank or notification nudges. Seems like that could be much stronger app good to use but could also be more upfront with money suggestions etc. Reviewed on: 24th April 2025
