Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

They're everything I'd want from a bank.

I've been with Atom for a few years now and I can only recommend them. Incredibly easy to setup and understand and an excellent range of accounts and rates available. They're everything I'd want from a bank. Reviewed on: 11th February 2026

Not sure my review can help. I have a fixed product with Atom. Open account, deposit money, leave it for a year. I can say account opening was efficient but cannot say anything about customer service other than I've had no occasion to use it. Should their rate remain competitive I'll likely reinvest at end of term. Reviewed on: 11th February 2026

Good app & interest rates

I use Atom bank as a backup for several current accounts, as I get a reasonable interest rate. The Atom app. is very easy to use & transfers to and from are almost instant. Reviewed on: 11th February 2026
