Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Not particularly techy. Don't worry

As a person of a certain age and not particularly confident in online banking I was attracted to Atom by its very competitive savings rate. Setting up the account was fairly straightforward and with the help of a real person on the phone all was well. Very pleased with Atom. Reviewed on: 10th February 2026
