Fantastic experience

Since I joined Atom I’ve had a fantastic experience. I had to call customer services to obtain a statement and the person I spoke to was extremely helpful, quick at actioning what I needed and overall I’ve had a fantastic experience experience with Atom and have recommended them to friends and family. I was recommended by a good friend to Atom who assured me as I had not used app banking before. I have set up a couple more savings accounts on it since first matured and introduced someone else to it. I am not most tech savvy person but find the app easy to use and products easy to compare with savings percentages being open to all and not limited to high sum investments. I don’t always have a lot to save but it helps I can choose even 6 months and get a return, or 9 to 12 months depending on why I am saving. At maturity the money is returned with interest to my nominated account hassle free. Reviewed on: 21st April 2025

Excellent saving rates.

I started saving with Atom several years ago and found their saving rates excellent, Always competitive and always the better rate. Using the online App I found it very easy to use and able to check on my savings regularly. Reviewed on: 21st April 2025
