Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Easy to manage Savings account

Easy to open account online. No need to provide identification documents which can be onerous with some banks insisting on seeing original documents. Easy to manage account through their APP. Excellent interest rate too! Reviewed on: 21st April 2025

Easy to use APP, fuss free

Easy to use APP, fuss free. Having had a more than one account over several years I have found the interest rates to be competitive. Depositing and withdrawing funds is simple and good notifications recieved after each tranaction. Reviewed on: 21st April 2025

Great App based savings account

I opened my first account with Atom a few months ago and I am delighted with the ease of operation. I have an App based instant access savings account, which offers one of the best interest rates available currently. Opening the account was straightforward and took very little time, so it was convenient for me. The App itself has a very aesthetically pleasing look, and it is extremely easy to navigate your way around. Communication from Atom has been excellent and I feel fully informed of what is happening with my money. Making deposits and witdrawals is straightforward and I have quick and easy access to my money and I can see what is happening with it. I am also aware of any penalties to interest for woithdrawals.
