Way Better than the competitors I tried earlier

Given the constraints of necessarily scripted conversation the chap I dealt with was extremely helpful and patient- especially given my poor hearing. (O'Phelan? extension 320) Avanti seems to have retained more flexibility than some others and allowed responses of a "don't know" type which is the true situation for me in respect to a couple of medical questions. A little more expensive than some but seems to have a better understanding; we'll see! Reviewed on: 8th September 2017
