Being fit and well but having suffered a heart attack in 2010 and having stents fitted to rectify the problem I was concerned about getting holiday insurance Avanti came to the rescue and offered affordable insurance. Thank you Avanti. Reviewed on: 6th August 2017

Good customer service

Excellent service home and abroad

A few years ago we took out travel insurance with yourselves. I have several health issues and found that the staff on the phone were extremely helpful and led me through filling in the details and explaining what was covered for my wife and myself. As it turned out it was my wife who had to make a claim as she fell on holiday and fractured her arm. We phoned Avanti and they explained how we should proceed to receive treatment and what was necessary to make a claim against our insurance, we could relax and let the experts take the strain. We have now had cover with yourselves for many years and shall renew our travel insurance with you for next year. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2017
