Hassle free compared with experience of previous insurance company quotes.

Very understanding of my age and long term medication history.

When booking this holiday other recommended insurers did not want to insure at 87 and if they accepted pre-known medication conditions they loaded the premium. I have insured with Avanti for many years and would always be my first choice. Reviewed on: 31st July 2017

Used many times - good service and affordable prices

Friendly, helpful, competent, efficient,

Very good at talking through complex insurance travel needs. No problem was too difficult for them to explore and address with patience. Paperwork easy to understand with no hidden clauses. Reliable and trustworthy

We have been using this company for about five years now for anual travel insurance. Mr husband and I are in our seventies but luckily we are reasonably well, so no special medical extras needed. We found Avanti to be inexpensive compared to a lot of other companies. We know we can rely on them if needed, as the first year we used them we had some problems with train cancellations on the way to the airport and missed our flight. On our return we put all the necessary paperwork and information together and within 10 days our expenditure was paid in full and in our bank account. So very happy with the service.
