Excellent customer service

I found whoever I spoke to on the phone most helpful, when my holiday was cancelled because of the COVID-19 restrictions they were very helpful in explaining my options, one which we took was to defer my insurance up to 3yrs. Efficient, friendly and flexible service !

I have taken out travel insurance for 3 years with Avanti. This is for my daughter who has disabilities. My experience has been first class. The sales reps are always polite & understanding, guiding me through the process so that we cover all aspects of my daughter's current problems. During Covid I was able to suspend the cover until I wished it to be activated....I was particularly impressed by this. When I need travel insurance for myself I will certainly return to Avanti.
