Experience of using Aviva

I have consistantly used this company for many years now as a very satisfied customer. Despite the many offers, deals etc promoted by other insurance companies and comparision websites, it is clear that on further investigation I have found this company to be the most economically competative, welcoming and well-informed staff that are easily accessable if and when communication may be required. Shocking customer service!!

What a joke of a company!!! Beware if you ever get into an accident with one of their customers, shocking customer service no compassion in regards to the victim only money! As soon as a bad offer for your written off car is given they off hire a courtesy car and leave you in total distress! You have to call them as they simply do not return calls! Bring back good old fashioned Customer service with company’s that care about individuals. Rant over but don’t use Aviva Reviewed on: 26th July 2019

Effortless and friendly

My car insurance was due and I have had problems with internet connection,however I had friendly and sympathetic help on the landline and the insurance certificate arrived by post two days later and oh yes ,they were one of the most competitive around ! Reviewed on: 25th July 2019

Poor claims experience

Crap at what they do

Car in accident,repaired sprayed half car wrong colour!damaged and driven whilst in garage,went to ombudsman and Aviva twice Aviva don't want to do anything apart from stand by ombudsman s decision which was in their favour,will reinsure with company which has nothing to do with them,car now damaged and categorised,used inchcape repair shop at local BMW dealers and reccomended by Vizion network don't use insures who deal with any of this lot awful service,don't care about you as a customer at all Reviewed on: 22nd July 2019
