Customer really does come first

We actually decided to go to Aviva as a Customer after our car was in a bump. We was parked when a elderly Gentleman drove into us. He was a customer of Aviva and they got in touch with my husband immediately and got our car fixed. We was so impressed my husband took out Aviva Car Insurance and it was great value. Reliable and good rates

I have multiple products with Aviva, and they reward me with a multi-product discount. That's quite a treat for my loyalty. The car insurance works well. I never had to make a claim. Quick, easy and clear

I changed my vehicle on my insurance recently, normally this would take a long phone call, an admin fee and a large charge on top. I was pleasantly surprise by Aviva, I could do it in my own time online, save the admin fee, and luckily had no extra to pay.
