Reliable and good rates

I have multiple products with Aviva, and they reward me with a multi-product discount. That's quite a treat for my loyalty. The car insurance works well. I never had to make a claim. Quick, easy and clear

I changed my vehicle on my insurance recently, normally this would take a long phone call, an admin fee and a large charge on top. I was pleasantly surprise by Aviva, I could do it in my own time online, save the admin fee, and luckily had no extra to pay. It was so easy and was nice to be able to tick off one of my new car change over jobs in time. Reviewed on: 1st September 2019

Claim sorted in 48 hours

I had an accident whereby I went into the central reservation of the M4 motorway, I thought I would be without a car for a good week, but they managed to pay me within 1 day ! Car Accident

I had a car accident which definitely wasn't my fault and although it took a long time to sort Aviva eventually got the third party to finally take blame! They took charge of everything and kept in touch at all times which I was grateful for! Reviewed on: 31st August 2019
