They try to keep your money.

They try to keep your money. I'm a Canadian and lived and worked in the UK for 14 months in 2018/2019. UK laws do not apply to me, as I am a Canadian. I was told by one of their reps I could get my money paid out 6 months prior to reaching 55 years of age, and now they deny that and say this only applies if I'm sick and can't work. I have had my money sitting in the UK for 6 years, I have nothing to do with the UK anymore, it is my money and I want it as I was promised by their rep. Also, the investment is not worth it. Crash

Lost 32.000 pounds in 2years on my pension all they said was the down turn in bonds I thought they were supposed to look after our investments not turn a blind . Reviewed on: 2nd August 2023

Money would be better in a building society

Impossible to access account

Terrible service would give zero if could

If you won’t you’re money expect to work hard to get it it no human help . Do it on line but if you’re not good at that how can you they don’t won’t you to have you’re money people are in desperate times Reviewed on: 26th July 2023

Wealthify backed by Aviva

Easy to set up and access. Good initial incentives. I've actually lost money over the first several months. I'm obliged to go into a relatively cautious option which is overly focused on currency and bonds in a high inflation period when these are the worst choices. Reviewed on: 19th July 2023

Very poor performance and lack of recovery during volatile gilt market. Advise to hold firm even when fund loses 10% in last 12 months. Reviewed on: 5th July 2023
